Giving Back
Pittsburgh Technical has community at the heart of our mission.
Community engagement and helping students learn more about nuclear power is just one way we give back.
Pittsburgh Technical participates in a yearly mentorship program with students from Duquesne University to develop interdisciplinary approaches to solve broad nuclear related challenges, such as way to improve societal acceptance of nuclear power.
Dr. Sola Talabi served in a volunteer capacity on a National Academies committee on Advanced Reactor Development and Deployment.
